Project – Removal of failing sandstone slate roof with joinery repair to wall plates and joist ends. Salvaged stone slate re-fixed on the South elevation roof pitch, new gauged Herefordshire sandstone slate being fixed on the North. Eaves and ridge ventilation (Nicholson Airtrak) was introduced. Cotswold stone slate to Vestry roof was stripped and relaid, the shortfall being made up with Fullers Earth Cotswold stone slate. Overhaul of existing rainwater goods undertaken with the introduction of new high level Warns gutter overflow outlets. Fabrication and installation of new bespoke handrail to internal steps.

ead work detailing at verges and junctions was renewed. Overhaul and re-configuring of existing rainwater goods was undertaken with the addition of new Warns gutter overflow outlets. Raking out and re-pointing of failed mortar joints with matched lime mortar.
