Project – Removal of failed lead and timber double pitch roof with fabrication of newly detailed single pitch lead roof and gutter, all laid on new air-dried oak roof structure. Removal of hard cementitious and failed pointing to Tower masonry, making-good with tile repairs and re-pointing in matched lime mortars. Replacement of defective rainwater goods with new. Replacement of rusted and broken flag pole guide with new stainless steel replica.
