Project – Failing roof coverings to Garden Store and Linhay Barn of thatch and timber removed and replaced. New green oak wall plates, purlins and rafters constructed around retained “A” frame trusses prior to re-thatching. Extensive masonry dismantle and rebuild in matched lime putty mortar with masonry fractures being stitch repaired using Helibar structural ties. Rotten lintels replaced with air-dried oak.
